Edwin Vazquez is easily recognized for his unique scratchboard art seen in 'The Werewolf of NYC' comic book and editorial illustrations. His art has been compared to the likes of Jack Kirby and R. Crumb based on the experimental quality and cutting edge of visual storytelling not seen in the criterion.
Inspired by his studies with Joey Cavalieri (DC Comics) and assistant work with legend Jerry Robinson (Human Rights), Edwin continues to develop his craft in comic books, illustrations, printmaking and mural art. Edwin currently lives in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen.
